Interested in attending a Skyflower event?

Your safety is important to us. In order to ensure a successful event we have a list of prerequisites every participant must meet. Please be honest with yourself about your practice and skill level. There will be more opportunities in the future if you do not feel ready to attend.

Regular Training

I currently train on a weekly basis and have at least one year of aerial silk experience.

Stamina

I can sustain myself in aerial silks for at least 7 minutes at a time.

Resting Poses

I know at least two rest positions that I feel comfortable staying in to restore strength.

Mentally Ready

I am ready to step out of my comfort zone of the studio and into the air.

Inversion Climbing

For my safety if windy conditions occur, I must be able to invert and opposite side knee hook climb.

Safety Harness

I understand how to safely put on a climbing harness.

Good Listener

I can follow instructions and trust my instructor to guide me.

Protect the Environment

I am stoked to take part in a clean up and practice Leave No Trace principles.
